Services Description
Gemini Trade provides automated cryptocurrency trading services powered by AI algorithms. Our platform executes trades on your behalf based on market analysis and algorithmic strategies. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are processed upon blockchain confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and security verification. Gemini Trade reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the platform.
Fees
Gemini Trade may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to trading commissions, withdrawal fees, and network transaction fees. All applicable fees are disclosed on the platform and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

All content, features, and functionality of the Gemini Trade platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Gemini Trade and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemini Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Gemini Trade may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to withdraw any remaining funds, subject to applicable security reviews.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
